Returns & Cancellation Policy
Unboxing Your Order
We highly recommend filming the unboxing of your Inari package, as such videos serve as valid proof in case a defect is found upon delivery.
Please note: All handloom garments may feature subtle irregularities in weaving. These natural variations are a hallmark of artisanal craftsmanship and make each Inari piece truly one-of-a-kind.

Returns
What items are returnable?
Items once sold cannot be returned unless found defective upon opening, supported by an unboxing video.
Is refund or store credit offered?
We do not offer cash refunds or store credit. A replacement will be issued only in the case of confirmed product defects.
How do I begin the exchange process?
To initiate an exchange:
- Provide your email address and order number.
- Confirm the personal and order details of the item you wish to exchange.
- Once approved, you will receive a confirmation email from our team.
Please note:
- Exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Original invoice and packaging, along with an unboxing video, must be provided.
- Replacements are shipped only after the original item is received and verified.
- Shipping charges from the original order are non-refundable.
Once your exchange is approved, Inari’s assigned delivery partner will arrange for pickup from your city or country. In rare cases where a pickup is not feasible, you may be asked to drop off the parcel at your nearest post office with appropriate documentation.
International Returns
Customers returning orders from abroad are responsible for shipping the package to India, along with any applicable duties and taxes. Items returned without original packaging, missing contents, or showing signs of use will not be accepted.

- Inari reserves the right to accept or decline exchanges after evaluating the returned item’s condition.
- Items found used or damaged will be returned to the customer and will not be replaced.
- Inari may revise these policies without prior notice.
- Offers and discounts applied at the time of purchase may be revoked at our discretion.
- Inari is not liable for product damage resulting from failure to follow the recommended care instructions provided in your order booklet.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled only before processing begins. If you have received an email confirming order processing, or if the product is in active production (custom weaving, dyeing, or painting), it is no longer eligible for cancellation.
