For both domestic and international shipping, estimated delivery dates are determined largely by the availability of clothing items. If you wish to order an item that is currently out of stock, please factor in its weaving duration before placing your order. We ship orders every day, except Sundays and Public Holidays. We ship only via reputable courier services to ensure that your order arrives at your doorstep quickly and in excellent condition.
Domestic shipping to most parts of India usually takes approximately 3-5 business days. Shipping and delivery charges are clearly stated and added to your order’s grand total at Checkout. Additionally, if applicable, our transportation partner/courier service may levy a ‘remote area surcharge’ for deliveries to certain remote locations in India. This surcharge will also be clearly stated and added to your order’s grand total at Checkout.
Based on your location, international shipping may take approximately 5-10 business days. Shipping and delivery charges are clearly listed and added to your order’s grand total at Checkout. If applicable in the destination country, customers may have to pay an import customs duty levied on handloom items procured from India. Import duties or any other additional taxes that may apply are solely the responsibility of the customer.
Multiple items belonging to a single order are typically shipped in one box. If you would like to receive each item of your order in its individual box, an additional fee will be payable.
Delivery dates are estimates and must be treated as such because, despite our due diligence, delays in shipping may occur due to factors beyond our control. However, we will notify you as soon as new information becomes available.
